We cast our own solder to the customer’s specifications. We supply certified lead free and leaded solder alloys capable of meeting the most demanding automotive standards. This operation is done at the company’s new Rhode Island, United States facility which processes raw material for all our facilities.
Reflow is the manufacturing process that is used to apply solder onto the copper substrate delivering exceptional uniformity and material yield. The reflow process enables a high degree of customization as solder can be applied according to exacting specifications. Because of this, we are able to solve complex design problems that others cannot.
